The thing I love about bento

Is now wonderfully and beautifully organised the food is and how by organising it in such a way it looks beautiful and very, very tasty.

My lovely bento lunch today!

Feeling very excited about this lunch today.

Using my lovely things that my friend Kiki sent me from Japan. 

My lunch consists of: 

Rice

Nori

Cooked mince beef

Cooked broccoli

Gluten free soy sauce 

Not a tuna nicoise bento

Today I made a cute bento of tuna, potatoes, sweetcorn, mangetout and salad (on the bottom layer)

I'm currently munching through it now and it's very tasty!

I've added some lemon juice and pepper to it for taste.
